We at the Sandy Hutchens Fan Club are just that: fans, aficionado, call us what you will. We harbour an overwhelming enthusiasm for certain sports, but we definitely have it for the person known as the Hutch. We love his artistic flair, his ideas, and we certainly follow the trends that he monitors
Fans of the Hutch
We are the ones. We are the fanbase. We are the fandom! We started this fan club to express our enthusiasm, if possible we will hold a convention, we hope to put up a webzine more sophisticated that this site can be, we respond to the mail of other fans whether it be snail mail or email. That's what we do. We would love it if you would visit Comedy.com to see how fans interact with their focal interest, Ringo Starr! We love you Ringo because we know that Hutchens does.
If you are not a fan you won't understand
We spend more of our time and resources on a specific interest than any non-fan would, although we are not concerned if non-fans (including family or friends) do not derive pleasure from our interest. We have even made changes to their lifestyles to express devotion to our focal object. We really love to have external involvement - by attending conventions, posting online, and just getting it on with other fans. As fans of Sandy Hutchens we like to collect material objects related to the object of our affection, such as the baseball hat that was picked up by Jelllings. We like to host social evenings with other fans. Basically we are here to serve you and enjoy ourselves in the process.

Our Hutchens fandom can be realized in different forms related to the intensity level of our level of involvement or interest in the one we admire. It was a no-brainer that Sandy Hutchens would be elevated to the level of veneration. the level of fandom is ruled by complexity. Complexity promotes more involvement of our fanbase for longer periods of time. The Hutchens Fan Club inspires a greater sense of belonging because of the mental effort invested in the subject.
